About Us

How To Be is informed by evidence-based practices, including rational emotive behaviour therapy (REBT), cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), positive psychology, mindfulness, compassion focussed therapy (CFT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), clinical and solution-focused hypnotherapy, and nutritional psychiatry, as well as by the latest research into workplace wellbeing. Studies suggest that multi-modal approaches, including the strategies mentioned here, are the best way to improve our mental and physical health.
